Alrewas Village Hall
We became involved with the refurbishment of Alrewas Village Hall in 2011. Initial planning application was resubmitted, gaining approval in 2014 and to reflect changes in funding. The hall will function as a split annex building and benefit from additional floor space, refurbished interiors and fresh elevational treatment. Refurbishment works are now complete.
Two alternative elevational treatments were designed, with the red brick, and render option chosen. Before and after visuals included, along with the alternative proposal. The new hall has proven to be a success storey for the Community.
Currently at planning application stage, with negotiations underway to provide 7 apartments to an old brownfield plot in Derbyshire. the building takes inspiration from the orignal with sweeping curved roof and split height massing. It will provide much needed regeneration for the area.
Planning Approval granted October 2015 with works on site early 2016.
